Processing Time

Your package will be shipped 2-3 business days after your order is placed.  All orders in Canada are shipped via Canada Post and will have a tracking number.  

Shipping

Shipping pottery is expensive!  Pottery is heavy and breakable, so we take extra care in packaging your order so that it arrives in one piece. This means a lot of paper and/or bubble wrap (we recycle), so your purchase will arrive in a box bigger than what you are expecting.

Local Pickup

If you’re in the Ottawa area and would like to pick up your purchase in Almonte, Ontario, please select the Pickup in Store option at checkout.  The pickup location is Modern Fable, located at 58 Mill Street in Almonte, Ontario. 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes.  We are not responsible for delays due to to customs.
